An organization set up by the member homebuilders of the OM Solar Association, it operates an OM Solar-developed system ensuring the provision of funds to complete construction on a given site whenever construction may have been halted as a result of financial default on the part of the original contractor. It also warranties OM Solar homes against faulty construction.
OM Residential Trust Fund Co.
This organization helps arrange the funding for OM Solar home construction through an innovative inspection service. It also helps to ensure the quality of OM Solar home construction.
